Marsstein Visits Peking University

Jayson Chen

A Bridge Between Konstanz and Beijing

Our founding team traveled to Beijing for a week-long visit to Peking University, one of China's most prestigious research institutions. The trip focused on exploring potential collaborations around compliance automation, AI governance, and cross-border regulatory frameworks.

What We Discussed

We met with researchers from the School of Computer Science and the Law School to discuss how AI agents can be applied to regulatory compliance. Topics included automated document generation, multi-jurisdictional compliance mapping, and the technical challenges of building reliable AI systems for legal contexts.

The intersection of AI and regulation is one of the most impactful areas of applied research today.

Looking Ahead

We're excited about the possibilities for joint research projects and student exchange programs. The visit reinforced our belief that compliance automation is a global challenge that benefits from diverse perspectives and international collaboration.
