No. Annual accounts and tax returns stay with your adviser. Marsstein does the running bookkeeping and hands over clean DATEV data with every original receipt, so the year-end takes less work.
PDFs, phone photos (HEIC too), forwarded emails and e-invoices as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD. Till receipts, taxi receipts and foreign invoices are read just the same.

Yes. Your current adviser exports this year's bookings as a DATEV file and Marsstein takes them over with the opening balances. From then on, new receipts continue from there.
